ABOUT ERIN P. DYLES, ESQ.

Erin Dyles is a dedicated real estate attorney who currently focuses her legal practice on residential and commercial transactions. 

Before joining Coopersmith & Coopersmith PLLC, Erin was a real estate associate in the general practice group at Holm & O’Hara LLP, representing clients in a variety of transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and exchanges of 1-3 family homes, cooperative and condominium apartments, and multifamily and mixed-use properties.

Erin graduated from New College of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion. She graduated cum laude from New York Law School. While in law school, Erin was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review and was a Global Law Fellow and John Marshall Harlan Scholar, affiliated with the Centers for Real Estate Studies and International Law. She also interned in the legal department at the Battery Park City Authority and the private funds group at AQR Capital Management.

Prior to law school, Erin worked in the hospitality industry and brings her customer service values to her law practice. She aims to provide high-quality diligent legal services, well-rounded advice and creative solutions to all her clients, New York families and investors alike.

Erin is a proud member of the Storyteller’s Society, a special membership group in support of the Tenement Museum.
